a. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)
- Orders from 998,000 VND and above: Free shipping.
- Orders below 998,000 VND: Flat-rate shipping fee of 24,000 VND.
Once your order has been confirmed through our official channels — including hanicejw.com, Facebook, Tiktok, Ins, or other verified Hanice platforms — you will receive your products within 1 – 5 business days, depending on your location.
Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible to complete all necessary details before shipment.
b. International Shipping
For orders shipped to the United States, we use Viettel Post’s ePacket service, providing dependable tracking and delivery.
For all other destinations, international parcels are sent through Viettel Post’s international shipping service.
Shipping fees and delivery times are based on Viettel Post’s international rate and time schedule.
